Manufacturing Process

How long does it take and how does it work?

1. Choose a Wheel Style: Select a wheel style from our options or send me your design idea.
2. Place Your Order: Submit your order to begin the process.
3. Wheel Design Phase: Work directly with me to finalize your wheel design and specifications. I’ll provide 3D renderings for your approval before we proceed to production.
4. Manufacturing Phase: Your wheels will be produced. I can send you photos and videos upon request.
5. Shipping: Once completed, I’ll share photos and videos of your wheels. They will be shipped by sea, with an expedited airfreight option available for an additional fee.

The typical design and manufacturing time is up to 4 weeks, with shipping taking additional time. The average total delivery time is 8 weeks. All EFP Forged wheels are crafted from high-quality 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy in a VIA/JWL certified facility.
